I do not suspect a bug in CB is causing this so there is no need for me to do an install review. You've a configuration problem or conflict of some kind somewhere. If you need further support you'll need a Professional or Developer membership for me to look into your install further.

Ok i have to pay for issue in a free product
Disappointed u can easily point out the issue as u know more as support member.
I would say you guys must mark the support is paid if its not available

Your issue doesn't appear to be a bug. So there's nothing for me to investigate. It appears to be entirely a configuration problem somewhere on your site. We do not provide free support outside bug and security fixes.

I would say you guys must mark the support is paid if its not available

Support is paid. This is abundantly clear throughout our site. You're posting in free discussion forums not support forums, which are above this forum section for paid subscribers.

He did not say he would not help you.

He said get a membership and he would look into your issues which appear to be a conflict somewhere on your website.

I am running Joomla 5 with the newest CB and my registration page shows up just fine.

I do understand its not bug as it was working on J3
However i am not getting why its still have issue on main site
A quick look from expert gives bette overview
I will look further to debug since the configuration is correct
I feel its not either getting saved in DB as public or smthing else
Will share my findings too so will be helpful for others

As always, you need to first test by switching to the default Joomla template,

If that does not work, try turning off extensions or plugins one by one to see if that resolves your issue.
