how to render value of key-value field via substitution?

hi
i have drop down field and i use substitution to show that in some place.
for example i have drop down with:
key : 0 value: man
key: 1 value: woman
when i use substitution it is return only 0 or 1. 
also i can not use IF statment in substitution my drop down is more than 20 option.

You're probably using a raw field value substitution. Use an original field value substitution as documented below.

i can't understand your mean. i use :
[cb:userdata field="cb_tahsilat" /]

"cb_tahsilat" is a dropdown field with some key/value . it returned only key s but i need it is corresponding value

I must use :
[cb:userfield field="cb_tahsilat" /]
