I don't see what CB would have to do with your mobile menu. You mobile canvas menu seams to be entirely controlled by and styled by your JF Mobile Menu extension. CB CSS can't style outside of CB as it's entirely namespaced. All of our JavaScript is always namespaced to CB elements as well. So unless you've an unclosed HTML tag somewhere it's not really possible for CB to impact anything outside of itself.
