When I try to save the profile I get the error:
Failed to save Configuration because: Name missing!

Please note that I install it from web. I can't install the download file It gives a server error. Maybe the download file is too big.

It sounds like CB never finished installing in the first place and you're missing the CB Core plugin files. This is typically easily fixed by installing CB over the top of itself, but if that just keeps failing you'll need to provide any errors it's outputting. More than likely this is entirely caused by your server configuration.

Please note that I install it from web. I can't install the download file It gives a server error. Maybe the download file is too big.

That being the biggest red flag. What was the error? Suggest contacting your host as your server limits may not be set properly. Our minimum technical requirements are listed below, which includes server settings for handling the upload and install.

I have checked my php settings and it looks fine too me (see atachments)
If I try to install the file "pkg_communitybuilder_2.9.1+build.2024.02.09.12.14.46.83d67ccd3.zip" on my local host I still get the error: Server error.

I can install other components.

I can't install the download file It gives a server error.

You still haven't provided what error.

I've re-tested Joomla 3, Joomla 4, and Joomla 5 clean install and all 3 worked fine.

My best guess without seeing the error is PHP wasn't compiled properly. Specifically wasn't compiled with zip, which is necessary to unpackage zip files. Without it CBs core plugins can't install. Are you seeing an error something like the following?

0 Class "ZipArchive" not found

If so contact your host as they didn't compile PHP properly with zip or the zip DLL isn't configured in the php.ini. See the below on how to do this.
