Userlists are not designed for iframes. Opening in a new window won't work with an iframe. There is no out of the box solution for making them work in iframes and requires JavaScript and/or setting the header. We'll have module support for userlists in CB 3.x, but for now we don't as it requires a complete rewrite of userlists.

Sure I understand it, but in my case is not working even in the standard component view.

The row link behavior uses JavaScript that isn't designed to work with iframes. It should open in a new tab fine as long as you're viewing the list normally and click the row (not a link within the row).
