Change Default Language

I have been looking through this forum and I can't find the answer even if it is a basic question.

How do I change the default language. I have installed the language plugin, but I can't figure out how to change the default language to the new plugin.

Please advice.

I'm afraid to ask now, but that didn't work. How are Joomla language connected to CB language? I mean what information in the language files has to be the same for CB to select the same language as Joomla?

Instructions regarding how to create CB Language plugings are here:

If your CB Language plugin is properly constructed as described in the wiki link above, then all should be ok.

So, it depends on Joomla version, Joomla language installed and CB version, CB Language plugin installed.
