Select list value with id, not text

Hello Developers,

Is it posible when the select lists are generated, the value of the <option> is the id from jos_comprofiler_field_values.fieldvalueid (i.e. at the registration form). I think that this makes it easier to make 3rd party software. Especially when your wants use of the language files, with your own translations in it.
