Code:
DELETE FROM `jos_menu` WHERE `path` LIKE '%comprofiler%';

Please change the prefix (jos) in the above query if your database is using a different prefix. Once done please review the _menu table to ensure the CB menu links were deleted appropriately.

Hi, my issue is with a new installed joomla 1.7 and then I installed CB 1.7, the CB menu is not showing in the admin menu. Please help!

Hi again, the solution above works, thank you!

When I log in with the CB-Login I see the component title
(in this case "Beiträge"->take a look at the attachement file - I have Joomla 1.7 with german language ).
How can I remove that?
After deinstalling CB 1.7 together with the cB-login module I tried the login with the
default Joomla login module and there was no such problem.

Solution:
Please read the installation guide and/or readme file included in the package.
most likely due to upload filesize parameter setting on your server.

Hi,

i'm trying installing CB 1.7 on Joomla 1.5.23 + CB 1.4

upload_max_filesize = 64 M

I have tried many ways :

for com_comprofiler.zip

install with joomla install function : Impossible de trouver un pack d'installation (no installation pack found)

with unzip in com_installer like it's write in pdf :
"If you want (for whatever reason) you may manually unzip the com_comprofiler.zip file and upload via FTP the resulting comprofiler folder (along with all its contents and structure) to your website folder:..."
mysite.fr/administrator/components/com_installer/component/com_comprofiler
-> type d'archive inconnu (unknow type)

Thanks for help

How exactly are you checking this?

Please use Joomla 1.5.23 backend Help -> System Info -> PHP Info

to check this parameter.
DO not trust that just because a php.ini file on your system states this that this is the php.ini file your server is using.
