Locate file cb.pulog.php and on or about line#309, comment out

Code:

/*      $pulNotification = new cbNotification();

until line #316:

Code:

return ($pul_res);  */

Then again on or about line #382:

Code:

/* $pulNotification = new cbNotification();

until line: return

Code:

($pul_res);     */

That's it. This will disable moderator notification.
