I have tried to install the CB2 RC2 package on a fresh J3.3 install on localhost and get this error:

"There was an error uploading this file to the server."

What I am doing wrong?

Guess your php upload filesize limit is set to 2M.

You would need to change this to at least 4M.

See our Tutorials / FAQ articles:

Joomla is finally making the message you saw more descriptive.

On accessing Plugin Management>CB Blogs I get:

( ! ) Fatal error: Cannot create references to/from string offsets nor overloaded objects in C<span>:</span><span>\</span>wamp\www\<testinstall>\libraries\CBLib\CBLib\Input\Get.php on line 86
Call Stack........

Same happens for any of the plug-ins.

Compatibility fix (making CB Activity not failing) will be added to CB 2.0 RC2. A new CB Activity package will still be needed to record the new integrated Blog.

Did this happen? I don't see it in the RC2 release.

Was this ever responded to?

Edit:

Tried a new reinstall on top of 191 again. Now on a request for profile, I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method getForumTab::_writeSortByLink() in .../public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbsimpleboardtab/cb.simpleboardtab.model.php on line 1001
