Removing user 42 create error Check Users Database

I have removed user 42 for security reasons letting all my users starting on a higher user id number. However when installing CB I got this error when clicking on "Check Users Database"

Warning: 10 entries in the core_acl_aro table without corresponding users table rows.

Following entries of user_usergroup_map table are missing in users table: user id=42 (aro_id=), user id=43 (aro_id=), user id=44 (aro_id=), user id=45 (aro_id=), user id=46 (aro_id=), user id=47 (aro_id=), user id=48 (aro_id=). This core_acl_aro entry with aro_id 0 should be removed, as it's not allowed.

This one can be fixed by first backing up database then by clicking here.

Guessing you are using Joomla 1.6 - please don't make people guess next time ...

Cannot guess on how you removed user 42 - you need to provide more information because method used might indicate issue.

yes I use J 1.6.2 and I have change ID number from 42 to other number from users about 4-5 users
