Community builder installed but not appearing in C

I am running Community Builder 1.4 and my Joomla install info is

Database Version 5.1.58-community-log
Database Collation utf8_general_ci

Joomla! Version Joomla! 1.6.6 Stable [ Onward ] 26-Jul-2011 23:00 GMT

I did not see anything I missed in the install and config but still no access to the back side of CB through the Components menu, is this something to be addressed in the next release or have I missed something obvious?

Something went wrong with your installation.
Its really a Joomla issue.
I have seen it mentioned before and people would just reinstall or drop database and start over and things would work.

Thanks I was able to access the CB config immanently after installation however I am not able to get in now

Reinstalled Joomla and everything is good thank you for the support
