DIV versus TABLE setting breaks profile editing pa

I'm a bit unsure as my original thread was elsewhere, so I'm going to post a link to it in this forum:

It seems to a be a bug in the table versus div setting.
If set to use div's it breaks the native (and other) plugins display when editing the profile.

Which native plugin is broken?

I'm unsure if I should attach the images from the other thread, as I guess it's going to take up space. But there is a snapshot in the original thread (the last snapshot).
As you can see the Forum tab is placed at below the other panels.
