checked out in plugin manager

CB 1.7 on Joomla 1.7.

in the plugin manager I can't get to a plugin because is seems to be checked out. I do a global checkin, but the plugin is still checked out. There is no other user logged in on this local host. How to checkin that plugin (captcha I purchased 2 days ago).

Besides that, the path to the checkedout image is wrong:

I got the plugin checked in again by setting in the database on the row for the plugin the column 'checked_out' and 'checked_out_time' to '0'.

You could have just used the joomla global checkin menu item...

weird - that has been working on all versions of CB and Joomla since as long as I can remember (even mambo days).

Maybe because I am working on a migration site and the plugin migth already have been checked out before the migration.
