Upload: Dobbelt profile picture bug

Hello,

I have a problem on CB 1.7.1:
When my users is uploading a profile picture,
becomes the picture: pending, not replaced by the new profile picture.
That means, my users have two profile pictures:
One standart CB avatar picture, and one of there own uploaded picture.

How do I fix this problem?
