Please help me!! server error on cb config! was created by ffitness

When I try to go to CB -> Configuration (still in installation process)
I get: Internal Server Error

Please help someone!

IF IN DEBUG MODE I GET NO ERROR WHEN ACCESSING CONFIG TAB
