User Login: 500 Server Error

Hello,

Our website was working fine, but suddenly we started getting 500 Internal Server Error :pinch:
It happens when CB user logs in, 500 Internal Server Error is being shown.
Website was working fine before. We added following php.ini file hoping it will solve the problem. :evil:

max_execution_time = 600s
upload_max_filesize = 80M
post_max_size = 64M
memory_limit = 256M
display_errors = 1

But php.ini did not solve the problem. 500 server error is still there :huh: :dry: . Please suggest why cb user module would result in this error :huh:

Turn on Joomla debug and check your server error logs.

Joomla Debug is on now.

Error link is www.tutorgate.com.hk/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=login&Itemid=124
But its blank, no debug here.

Server error log shows :
[Thu Apr 25 16:40:23 2013] [error] [client 90.221.175.56] Premature end of script headers: index.php, referer: www.tutorgate.com.hk/

I have added following line in index.php

ini_set( 'display_errors', true ); error_reporting( E_ALL );

Should I leave debug on if you are looking into this ? It will be much appreciated

PHP Version 5.2.17
Joomla! Version 1.7.5 Stable
CB version is 1.8

Issue is not browser specific. Nothing has been updated at all. Website was working fine before with this version of joomla and cb but suddenly this error showed up.
