I get the following issues after fresh install on Joomla 3.5.

I was facing these issues on Joomla 1.5 with CB. And I had problems with several other components too, so I decided to go to Joomla 3.5. But now i have the same errors again in simpleboardtab.php.
I'm using PHP 5.5 and I am not able to change this.
Is there anything I can do to avoid these errors?
