CB List showing multiple pages of pagination but there should only be 1

The pagination at the bottom of my CB List should not need more than one page (there are only a dozen or so members). But when I show the pagination it is putting over 15 pages there all of which when clicked on are empty except for the first one. Example page is here:

nrg-mn.com/index.php/membership

Any idea what I need to do to fix this? I want to leave pagination turned on for when we do have enough members to warrant a second page.
