Forgot your password is not working

I'm running Community Builder 1.9.1 on Joomla 2.5.28 and the 'forgot your password' option is not working. After clicking on 'Forgot login', then checking the 'lost password' and entering my username and email address, I click on 'send password', and I'm taken to an empty page in my template with the URL:

http://{URL}/component/comprofiler/done?Itemid=101

The 'lost password' email is never received.

Any thoughts?

My first post should say 1.9.0 and this reply is saying that 1.9.1 fixed the issue .

Yes latest Joomla 2.5 and 3.3 versions need CB 1.9.1 or CB 2.0.4.
