[#5060] Accepted terms field - modal windows size

Hi,
I use the accepted terms field that pops up in a modal window.
If i change the default sizes w/h = 400/200px to 400/400px the modal window resizes to my NEW size, but not the shown article?
The height of the shown article remains at 200px instead 400px.
CB version: CB 2.0.5.
Check the attached screenshot. How to solve this?

It's a bug. The height for the tooltip content isn't being set. Fixing for next release.
