Copying a list ruins ordering capability

Refers to CB2.x.
When copying a list, the copy is given the same ordering # as the original.
Thereafter, ordering between the equally numbered lists is impossible.
It can be corrected in the DB, but the copy should be given the "first free ordering #" (above the current?) to work as expected.
