But during registration? How can a new user set his language in the first time registration? How can I add a language selector to the CB registration form?

Yes, the language selection is part of the params field within CB > Field Management. Ensure the field is available during registration so they can select their language.

Ah, there it is. I was wondering why I see it in the backend but was looking for an own language field and didn't think of looking for it there.
