Workflows module not appearing

Workflows module not appearing was created by Jfrm
I have User Login module, Workflows module and Online users modules in a working position of my template (gantry Helium on Joomla 3.10.01) but Workflows module never appear.

User login and Online modules do appear as expected and all of them are configured to Public access.

I have been trying to find a reason but at the end, completely out of clues.

Is there anything I am missing?

It only displays if it has something to display. For example if there's pending registrations approvals or image approvals and you're logged in with CB Moderator permissions.
