Hi there,Hope you doing well.I'm Faiz from stem.org.my technical team. Currently, our user having a problem signing up to our portal. The users did receive an email after completing the sign-up process, but some of the emails did not have the activation link. You can watch the video I made for a better understanding. For your information, we are currently doing data backup using Akeeba Backup. Please help me. The details of administrator access and video explanation are in the attachment. Thank you.

"Email address is already confirmed" outputs when their account is fully activated and they're already confirmed or don't have a confirmation code while email confirmation is enabled. My guess is you've something installed confirming them during the registration process or wiping out their confirmation code. Unpublish non-core CB plugins 1 by 1 in CB > Plugin Management until resolved to see what might be doing that.
