Hello,
At the moment, I can't have a better version than php 7.4.33 with CB. If I'm getting an 8.0.30 I got a

"0 Attempt to assign property "link" on null"

While login, and also while I want to edit the profile.
This is a bit weird, as I think (but not 100% sure) it was working perfectly fine with php 8.0.x before the latest CB update.
I'm running CB 2.8.0+build.2023.08.10.17.13.31.fc304074a

Anyone else have this problem but me ?
Thanks !

J! 4.x - CB 2.7.3

The only class we have that has a $link property is in CB Activity for the NotificationTable, but it accepts null so it would not throw such an error. My best guess is you've a 3rd party plugin installed that's doing this. Joomla has several core classes with a $link property so it might be any one of them, but I don't see any type strict code for them so probably still is likely to be 3rd party.

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retry and see if the error output shows the full callstack to see where this is coming from otherwise check your server error log if Joomla isn't fully outputting it.

Based on a quick search it looks like it might be due to Joomla's privacy consent plugin being published, but having no link specified to an article or menu item?
