Is there a way to notice by mail to moderator when there is an image to approve?
In cinfiguration moderation i have set:YES to: Envoyer un courriel aux modérateurs
and i do not receive any mail.

Ensure moderator emails are enabled in CB > Configuration > Moderation. Ensure they have a usergroup that's selected within your Moderator View Access Level on that same tab. Next edit their user in CB > User Management and toggle on for them to receive moderator emails. They should then receive all emails for moderators.
