[object Object] I have this error in joomla site:
Error: The most recent request was denied because it had an invalid security token. Please go back or refresh the page and try again.

Joomla version: Joomla! 3.10.11 Stable [ Daraja ] 14-August-2022 14:18 GMT
I read a lot about how to fix that error but nothing works. I clean browser cache, disable page caché, clean cache in host control panel, etc. The problem begin when i upgrade CB version. Please tell me what do you recommend. Me and the developer doesnt know how to fix it. We tried a few methods and nothing works.

You're getting this error where exactly? When attempting to login? Joomla throws that when the session token fails. Try editing your Joomla global configuration and change session storage to Database and see if that helps.

I am also experiencing this issue. (May or may not be related, but I notice I get the error while using the Edge browser but not with the Brave browser.)
 

I am using database for session storage. (I had this issue when was using filesystem for session storage as well.)

Where are you seeing this? When attempting to login? Do you have Joomla's page cache plugin published in System > Extensions > Plugins? If so please unpublish it and clear Joomla cache then retry. You cannot use page caching in dynamic environments unless you add exclusions for every page that has dynamic content or forms.

I'm using JCH Optimize and its included Page Cache plugin (the Joomla Page Cache plugin was disabled). I've gone into the settings for JCH-Optimize for its Page Cache plugin and have added the menu items that serve dynamic content as exceptions (such as the cb-login menu item). Will see how that does.
