Is it possible to restrict access to certain components like uddleIM, shout box, MyBlog and forum posting according to membership level?

Hello,

yes - CB Subs will happily prevent access to components. Either via the component itself or via the menu links to the components.

CB Subs is very versatile and you can control content and components in many different ways.
