Does license limit include all users? was created by Aly

Not sure exactly how to phrase this ...
My CBSubs license allows up to 5,000 users --
does this include total users even if some become inactive or do not renew subscription? Or is it 5,000 actual PAID users??

Hope that makes sense?

It includes all users in your jos_user table.

This means all users: free, active, paid, pending approval, etc.
