Approving new members upon fields and time

Hello,

1.
i would like to know if CBSubs includes a way to approve automatically new users taking into account custom fields (not only payment).

For example:
Let's say each profile has an administrative cb_field "zzz" that can be "Yes" or "No".
If this cb_field value is set to "Yes", then it will be one of the mandatory values for member approvement and automatically taken into account by CBSubs.

2.
My second concern is to approve the new member depending of this cb_field, after x days for example.

The purpose is to wait for few days before the member is approved, provided some fields have been set to "Yes" between the registering date and the x days limit.
