Very interested but I was wondering if the follow situation is possible with CBSus.
For each subscription I would like to have up to three usernames for each email address. I would like the subscription to be attached to the email address so that they would only pay for one subscription even though they may have one, two, or three usernames (each with their own individual profiles).
Sorry, this is not possible; usernames must remain unique and are tied to a user_id which Joomla/CB CAN'T have the same as another user. All information is stored for a user based off their user_id so it is not possible to have multiple users on one account. You could use CBSubs SQL Actions to execute a query to add other users subscriptions based off a field value such as [cb_otheruser1] and [cb_otheruser2]. Using a field to tie multiple accounts together could provide you with the solution you're wanting (multiple users sharing a subscription).

Would it be possible to manually do this for each subscriber?
If a user purchases a subscription, then I can give free access for their other usernames?

Yes of course; admins via Joomla backend can give users subscriptions freely and as they see fit.
