Hello,

I like your products. I'ma Doc Subscriber and have bought CB Subs. I'm also considering to buy one of your templates, but until now I have had a really hard time trying to install a spanish plugin with no success and NO SUPPORT.

Is this normal? What kind of support should i expect when buying a template? Would I be stuck with no spanish plugin and no support?
