I am trying to import our list of subscribers but am having difficulty with it.
The subscribers in the list all have different start and renewal dates. I would like to import them with these dates in tack but i cannot seem to do so.
The system seems to want to put them all in on the same date, but this is not what we want as the users would then have fresh start dates, when they have all joined on different dates.
How would i be able to do this? I would be willing to put them all in manually but i cannot seem to be able to do that either.
