Can specified agent take care of specified users?

Hi.
I have a website that will provide study counseling.
I will have agents providing counselling in different cities.

Can I specify that a "private" tab from a user can be only seen by one agent that I will specify to take care of that user??

Would I need anything else apart CBSubs?

If we are talking about one private tab viewable only by one agent, then you could do this with CBSubs and delimiter fields.

What I want to do is for example assign
agent1 to user2, user4 and user5.

and

agent2 to user3, user6 and user7...
agent3 to user 10 only
etc.

So the agents will see only the tabs of the specified users I will allow them to take care.

I will have a look about the delimiter files.
I was also having a look on CRM systems...Im still unsure which way to go.

To be honest, this use case sounds like it needs a CRM.
