CBSubs adapts the Paypal communication charset to your site's charset. E.g. UTF-8 for Joomla 1.5.

We already have customers in Japan without issues reported.

Why? Sorry, but we can't disclose any users sites. If they wish to freely reply here and provide a link then that is acceptable, but no user other then site owner is permitted to provide a link to their sites. CBSubs will work perfectly fine with any nationality.
