I've been using my CBSubs for the past year and it is time for me to renew my support agreement. I know I go into my Subscription tab of my profile. However it is not clear to me how to renew the support. Do I re-purchase the CBSubs software under "upgrade options"? Any help would be appreciated, since I'd like to get this completed today.
To extend your maintenance, Just go to your profile in subcsriptions tab, then click the "manage options" button, then change from 1 year to 2 years (or more your maintenance period, then click "upgrade options now", and checkout.
This procedure is valid for now, a new one will be put in place after CBSubs 1.1 is released.
