[SOLVED] Subscription period was created by JTEC
Dear support,

I need to know will this system notify users, members that their subscription period is almost at an end?

Lets say that have paid for 6 months and at the end of month 5 will they receive message that notifies them that the subscription period is at an end?

and lastly will I be able to pull a list of all subscribers?

Kind Regards

No, they'll be informed the minute their plan expired but not a minute before.

Lets say that have paid for 6 months and at the end of month 5 will they receive message that notifies them that the subscription period is at an end?

No, please see previous answer. However, we're working to resolve this for next release by way of Grace period. When plan expires they'd be sent an email but Grace period will continue to keep their plan active.

and lastly will I be able to pull a list of all subscribers?

Export a list? No not without doing the export via database. You can VIEW a list of subscribers within User Management via the filter created by CBSubs. You can also view a list of subscriptions within CBSubs backend.
