automatic emails for payments

Does CBsub do the following:

1) registered user pays for membership
2) after x amount of time, sends email to member reminding them that their membership is about to expire.
3) if they do not pay their account is disabled.

Also can add email addressed to CB and then send out bills for membership to those who are not registered?

2. not automatically - but can use CB mass email to do it manually
