Can CBSubs send automatic emails to webmaster on any event? (f.ex. someone changes his/her subscription plan or information)

It depends, CBSubs can send emails when a user subscribes, cancels, expires, renews, etc.. using CBSubs Emails integration. It can not send emails for example if a user updates their profile.
