The users on my site are asked to provide an 'alternative' email address when they register.
This usually means we have the 'professionla' & 'private' addresses. If we need to contact them to renew subs etc. we would like to first try email #1 then if that fails then try #2.
Can we do this with CBSUBS ?
A simpler method would be to email to #1 & cc to #2

Agreed, certainly this is doable. Please edit your plans and on the Presentation tab at the bottom will be the emails, simply add a substitution for your second email field to the CC position (e.g. [cb_email2]).
