what I understand, with a cbsubs license you are allowed to have one "production" site and one test site.
when we did our initial cbsubs test we did it on a private server. for the last two month we have done our tests on our test server.
When I look at our profile on the joomlapolis forum I can see that the license key is installed on two different sites.
Next week we are going to go live with CBSubs on our production server. Will we get problem trying to install our key in the third server?

No, the license is floating and will move to the new site. One of the previous sites will invalidate. If we notice 3 active sites on a consistent basis the key will be flagged (only use the key on 2 sites-1 production and 1 development-simultaneously).
