I have looked through your support options and need to upgrade before I submit a support ticket .. your forum does not have the appropriate section for refund requests. . there is no contact information on your website / information regarding the refunds process. Please see to this immediately as I did not need most if not all of the features of CBSubs and it will be a big injustice if I cannot get my money back. (I have been ready to return it one day after purchase!)

As I have not received any Private Message from you yet (we need a private message for refund request with payment information to authenticate you as license owner and purchaser), I've emailed you instructions for refund (basically same as Kyle provided above, just needing the info to be able to refund, e.g. paypal email used to pay if paid by paypal).
