No, child plans of child plans is not currently possible. We've plans to expand on hierarchy in a later release but for the time being child plans can only be 1 level deep.
You can work around this by editing the child plans of your child plans and changing their parent plan directly in database, but this is not officially supported. We've had one user report it works perfectly fine, but do so at ones own risk.
