I logged into my account and wanted to upgrade from 500 susbscriber level to the next level while you have the 20% off sale. When I click the upgrade button, it is displaying the price as 70 Euros which seems to be 10 Euros to much for the normal price and it doesn't have the discount applied to it. The website says the upgrade price is 50 Euros and the difference between the extra year maintenance is 10 Euros, which equals 60 Euros, which should then have the 20% off to make the total 48 Euros. How do I get the discount?
There was an ad on the Web site saying 20% off when we started the transaction.
However, I haven't bought the upgrade because the discount has disappeared. I hope we haven't missed the discount while waiting for an answer on this.
For other reasons, I wasn't able to get on and make the purchase to start CBSubs late last week. I had everything queued up to go this morning but the cookies had expired, and I had to start again. When I refreshed everything, the 20% discount was gone.
Is there any way of being able to get the discount again? I just want to get started at the 500 user level as I am kicking off the site.
