CB Not installing was created by Digsport
Hi,

Wanted to try CB before buying but free version won't install correctly on my joomla 1.5 site.

The error message I receive is:

"Unable to create directory '/'Unable to create path for /install_4dc003cd4aee1/index.html
Installer - Error
Uncompressing /usr/local/pem/vhosts/107846/webspace/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/pluginsfiles.tgz failed."

My host says it is a compatability issue because all permissions etc are set corectly.

Is this correct because that means I can't use CB.

Replied by krileon on topic Re: CB Not installing
Are you attempting to install CB via directory or by simply uploading the package it self? Please provide the memory limit, timeout time, and maximum upload limit as provided in PHP Information (Help > System Info > PHP Information). It's possible there is simply a lack of memory to allow complete install. Please ensure folder permissions are 755 and file permissions are 644 (excluding configuration.php).
