[SOLVED] Refund of cbSubs

Hi,
I had purchased cbSubs 3 weeks ago. Since it does not satisfy some of my use cases, I am looking to get refund of it. Since last week I am sending mail to Beat as well as to Krileon. So far did not get any response. Please let me know how do I proceed?

I'm replying to each email. Only email that I received from you was on May 10th 6:22, that I replied within 2:10 hours, didn't hear back since then. Please check your spambox for the instructions sent by Email May 10th 8:32.

We're about to release CBSubs 1.2. What requirements did it not satisfy ? Answering this question is not mandatory but it could help both you in case you missed something inside CBSubs, or if a feature is already implemented, and us too, as we sure missed a few needs.

For refund: No problem under our 30-days policy.
