Pay per download and recive extra content

Hello. I want to achive functionality like this:

Each article is going to have file (pdf) to download.

Each file has it's own value.

When User want to download file, he has to pay for it.

When payment is done, user can download file but moreover he can access extra content which is conected with payment (article). That extra conent can be module (it's goind to be test based on knowledge whoch is provided in PDF file).

IC CDSubs going to give me that functionality?

But only with DocMan or without also?
