CB has no such feature, assuming you've an extension for this it'd likely be seen and used from frontend and not backend. CBSubs is a subscription management plugin. There's no real way to generate dynamic plans like you'd likely need as appears your prices would vary based off conditions you'd specify. Perhaps is possible in combination with the promotions integration as it allows conditions such as allowing a discount (or upcharge) based off a field value for example.
