I have read the posts on what is possible, however, could use answers to the following:
1. Use the iDev affiliate Members number as a coupon, lookup and validate the number, credit the affiliate, and discount the membership by five dollars.
Or
use another class (e.g. member discount) page that has the discounted price & just put the affiliate's number in.
2. Create a temporary Printable membership card [Valid for 30 days]
3. Two-for-one sign-up page.: Allow two people to sign up on one page for the price of one.
Must enter Correct iDev affiliate Members number as a coupon [for One specific affiliate only]or use another class page, but allow 2 registrants
4. Full commission on enrollment, but only ½ commission on renewal. (e.g. Commission $10 on signup but only $5 or renewal).

Here's how it can work in iDevAffiliate.
The sale.php file is called and a commission created. There is an override you can use to define the commission amount directly in the tracking pixel.
&idev_commission=5.00
If that variable exists the commission will be created for the amount defined (5.00 in this case). If that variable doesn't exist the commission will be created using the settings in the iDevAffiliate admin center.
So the scenario for you is something like this:
